How we help
We map your requirement — location, visibility, footfall, carpet area, parking and budget — then shortlist options from developers, owners and our network across Maharashtra’s key business districts.
Before you commit, we verify approvals and title, compare per-square-foot pricing on carpet area, and negotiate terms. We then coordinate documentation through to registration and possession.

Under RERA, carpet area is the net usable floor area of a unit, excluding external walls, service shafts, exclusive balconies or verandahs and exclusive open terraces, but including internal partition walls. Developers must sell on carpet area, which makes price comparisons fairer.
An OC is issued by the local planning authority once a building is complete and complies with approved plans and safety norms. It confirms the building is fit to occupy — always confirm it before buying a completed commercial unit.
